A Community Nursing Assistant (CNA/CHA) plays a crucial role in delivering essential health services at the community level. The CNA/CHA training program is designed to equip individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide healthcare in underserved areas. 
The course covers 11 modules and is divied into two parts- Theory and practical which is conducted in rural health centers. It is a 12 months certificate course.
